Desired Candidate Profile

Responsible for: (The main job activities)

 Responsible for planning and running of the project allocated by the
Production Manager – Operations.

 Ensure that all operations carried out conform to quality and safety
standards and meet customers’ contractual expectations.

 Responsible in monitoring the process of projects to ensure timely
delivery of assignments while maintaining standards and cost effectiveness.

 Co-ordination with various Yard Departments and Subcontractors on day
today basis for achieving the daily targets in line with detailed Project
Program.

 Identify risks at an early stage in the project thus avoiding delays in
schedule.

 Periodic Project Reporting to Drydocks Senior Management and Client.

 Control of man-hours.

 Achieving high CSQs.

 Customer care.



Preferred Competencies:

 Graduate in Engineering Discipline.

 Chief Engineer - Marine (preferred) / Naval Architect.

 Computer Proficient, particularly in MS Excel and MS Project.

 Good command on English both Oral and written

 Minimum 5 years experience in Major Shipyard or Oil and Gas
organization.

Job Description

Responsible for individually allocated projects. Project planning &
scheduling. Co-ordinating with ship owner's representative, various trades
and yard senior management. Co-ordinating with Invoicers on commercial
issues. Preparation of all documents concerning the projects.
